Established in Hong Kong in March 1984, China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. is one of the pioneer Chinese intellectual property agencies and provides comprehensive IP services including patent and trademark prosecution, litigation, licensing, assignment and counseling. The firm is Hong Kong–based with additional offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, New York, Tokyo and Munich, and reports around 540 staff, including 230 patent attorneys, 34 trademark attorneys and 85 attorneys‑at‑law.
