Fabien Carruzo is a partner in the New York office of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, where he heads the Derivatives and Structured Products group. He advises asset managers, investment banks, commodity traders, and other market participants on transactional and regulatory derivatives matters, spanning equity, credit, currency, commodity, and fixed-income derivatives as well as structured financing arrangements.
