Mutasim is a Senior Legal Consultant in the Dispute Resolution department in Abu Dhabi. He has over 20 years’ experience in the UAE. He has extensive experience in a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters involving construction, bankruptcy, insurance, corporate, Islamic banking, commercial agency, medical malpractice, real estate, lease disputes and employment disputes. Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Mutasim worked for the Bank of Khartoum (Sudan), and regional law firms in Dubai. Mutasim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Khartoum, Sudan and is fluent in Arabic & English. He is also a member of the Sudanese Bar Association. · Hadef & Partners
