Manfred Müller

Manfred joined Linklaters Luxembourg, in 2002. Manfred has significant experience in company law, mergers and acquisitions, mainly comprising tax driven private equity structuring (upstream and downstream), joint venture, group restructuring, share and asset sale negotiations, as well as regulated and unregulated Real Estate structures. Manfred has also experience in ship finance, insurance law and in the corporate aspects of setting-up regulated investment funds (both FCP and SICAV) and SICARs.
