Mauricio Fuchs Tarlovsky is a legal adviser for Mexican and foreign companies on corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, energy and infrastructure transactions, structured financing, asset financing (vessels and aircraft), and real estate. He has experience in oil contracts (joint ventures, exploration and extraction agreements, joint operation agreements, farm outs, integrated exploration and extraction services agreements) and electricity sector agreements (power purchase agreements, power supply agreements).
