Jessica Ellsworth is a partner at Hogan Lovells US LLP, focusing on appellate litigation before the Supreme Court and federal and state courts of appeals. She has argued more than 60 appeals and has extensive experience in complex litigation, including patent, trademark, class certification, and statutory interpretation cases. She also handles Administrative Procedure Act challenges and False Claims Act cases. She has represented clients in every federal court of appeals and a dozen state appellate courts.
