Experienced trial lawyer handling white-collar criminal defense, complex civil litigation, government investigations, and enforcement actions. Represents global companies, executives, licensed professionals, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, and public officials. Defends against allegations of kickbacks, overbilling, fraud, false statements, and public corruption. Conducts internal investigations, responds to grand jury subpoenas and civil investigative demands, and develops trial strategy. Has life sciences experience including defense against Medicare/Medicaid over-billing, health care fraud, false promotion of drugs/devices, and wrongful death claims. Prior experience with Federal Public and Community Defenders' National Sentencing Resource Project.
