Advises on project development, joint ventures, M&A, foreign direct investment, oil and gas transportation agreements, oilfield services, feedstock supply and product offtake agreements, and disputes. Counsels major international oil companies, national oil companies, independent oil companies, oilfield services companies and project sponsors. Prior to co-founding Devine & Severova, was a partner at Baker Botts, Clyde & Co and Norton Rose Fulbright.
