Rindala Beydoun is the founder and managing partner of Tribonian Law Advisors. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance transactions. She was previously a partner at Vinson & Elkins in the UAE and managing partner at Latham & Watkins’ offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar. She is ranked as a leading lawyer for UAE Corporate/Commercial work by Chambers Global and as a Women leader and notable practitioner by Chambers & Partners. She has been recommended by Legal 500 as an expert and for M&A in the UAE, and recognized by IFLR1000 as a women leader and notable practitioner for M&A. She was ranked in Financial News as one of the 50 most Influential Women in Middle East France in 2019.
