Nader Al Awadhi is the Founder, Senior Partner & Head of Litigation at GLA & Company. He is also founding principal of Nader Al Awadhi Attorneys and Legal Consultant Law Firm. With 47 years of legal experience, he specializes in commercial and corporate litigation, bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring. He represents top Kuwaiti and international companies and is accepted before the Kuwaiti Courts at all levels. He has headed arbitration bodies and served as an arbitration member in several cases. He has contributed to conferences on Commercial Arbitration and Corporate legal topics.
