With more than 16 years of experience, he has participated in major transactions, IPOs, and complex legal matters, including due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and advising on capital market rules. He is recognized as a 'Rising Star' by Law Magazine in 2022. Prior to joining GLA & Company, he was a Partner at Zulficar and Partners.
