Floortje Nagelkerke is a financial services lawyer based in Amsterdam at Norton Rose Fulbright. She advises clients on regulatory and compliance matters for financial institutions, including fund and investment managers, brokers/dealers, trading platforms, custodians, clearing members, and central counterparties. She leads the Amsterdam office's FinTech practice and has expertise in blockchain and cryptocurrencies. She also advises on Dutch licensing and notification requirements with the AFM and Dutch Central Bank. Before joining the firm in December 2005, she worked as a lawyer for the Dutch financial regulator.
