Partner with over 15 years of experience in corporate law, financial law and funds structuring. Advises clients on financial regulation and the structuring of investment funds. Represents domestic and foreign financial institutions on the creation/approval of management and advisory companies, as well as on the structuring, creation, documentation and distribution of open and closed end investment funds (including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, funds of funds, private debt), whether French or not. Also advises sponsors and investors on their investments in such funds, and assists with relations with regulators.
