Alexander Tang is a disputes and restructuring lawyer at Stephenson Harwood in Hong Kong. He advises on corporate restructuring and insolvency, commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and defamation. He is a Fellow of INSOL International, holds a specialist qualification in insolvency, and sits on the Insolvency Law Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong. Ranked as a rising star partner in restructuring and insolvency by IFLR 1000 (2021), he is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited mediator.
