Partner Ville Alahuhta is Head of Tax in Helsinki, advising on domestic and international tax matters in corporate and personal income taxation. In addition, he specialises in advising private equity fund managers and fund investors on legal questions concerning private equity funds. Understanding tax questions relating to private equity funds and M&A transactions is a key consideration when optimising profit for an investment.
