Barnabás Simon is a dual-qualified English and Hungarian Counsel in the Corporate/M&A team of Siegler Bird & Bird Ügyvédi Iroda (Budapest office). He advises multinational corporations and private equity funds on cross-border transactions, with experience spanning financial services, technology, energy, pharmaceuticals, and defence. He also has experience in private equity and venture capital fund formation in major European jurisdictions, including representing institutional investors in fund investments and co-investments.
