Miklós Tar is a Senior Associate and Patent Attorney in the Intellectual Property department at Siegler Bird & Bird Ügyvédi Iroda in Budapest. He has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector. His expertise includes managing IP portfolios, patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions, launch-at-risk assessments, and post-grant proceedings. He supports both generic and original R&D, and addresses regulatory barriers. He joined Bird & Bird in 2022 as a Hungarian and European Patent Attorney.
