Advises leading international companies on HR management, compensation, stock option plans, dismissals, litigation, arbitration, trade union negotiations, industrial relations, transfers of undertakings, collective redundancies, and due diligence. Previously worked as a senior employment lawyer at one of Italy's leading law firms and in the employment, pension, and benefits teams at two large international law firms.
