Handles high-value complex transnational commercial disputes across TMT, financial, infrastructure, energy and utilities sectors. Also advises on cross-border restructuring and insolvency, compliance and investigations involving anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and terrorism financing. Lead or sole counsel in many disputes before Singapore courts and international arbitrations (SIAC, LCIA, ICC). Fellow of CIArb, sits on SIAC Reserve Panel of Arbitrators and AIAC panels. Writes and speaks on international arbitration, employment and data privacy.
