Rafał Dziedzic is Co-Managing Partner of Bird & Bird's Poland office and co-heads the Corporate and M&A team in Warsaw. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, financial law, and public market operations. He has advised on some of the most prestigious M&A deals, including one of the largest acquisitions by a Polish company. His practice covers share sales, stock exchange transactions, privatisations, asset sales, divestitures, joint ventures, investment agreements, and shareholder conflicts. He represents top international clients across agricultural, chemical, FMCG, pharmaceutical, health, mining, public services, real estate, and steel industries, as well as financial institutions.
