Gemma Cowan is a Managing Associate at Ogier in the Cayman Islands. She specializes in fund formations and the regulatory compliance, ongoing operation and restructuring of Cayman Islands hedge funds and private equity funds. She is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team and has broad experience advising on 'funds of one' and co-investment vehicles. She was admitted in 2017 in the Cayman Islands and in 2010 in Western Australia (non-practising).
