Partner at Ogier in the Cayman Islands, principal architect of Ogier's Cayman funds practice since 1991. Experienced in all types of general corporate and commercial law, including large infrastructure projects. Former President of the Caymanian Bar Association, former Council member of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange, and former Chairman of the Cayman Islands Special Economic Zone Authority.
