Chris Wall is a Partner at Ogier in the Cayman Islands, where he leads the global Technology and Web3 team. He advises traditional finance and technology companies, as well as Web3 entities, including centralized exchanges, custodians, and DeFi projects. He specializes in virtual asset service provider registrations, structuring DeFi projects, and providing operational advice to labs and foundation companies. His experience also spans traditional finance, particularly structured finance (CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, ABS, warehouse lending, repo-lending, repackagings, risk retentions, asset-based lending), derivatives, stock exchange listings, and fund financings. He is a founding member and board member of Digital Cayman.
