Hélène Arvis

Hélène Arvis is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department at Ogier in Luxembourg. She has extensive experience in commercial, corporate and fund litigation, shareholder disputes, directors' liabilities, acquisition litigation, enforcement proceedings, debt recovery, restructuring and insolvency. She is fluent in English and French (native speaker) and has a good knowledge of Luxembourgish. She holds a master's degree in Business Law from the University of Aix Marseille III and an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow. She was admitted to the bars in Luxembourg in 2010 and Paris in 2008.
