Nicolás Servente is an associate in the Buenos Aires office of Baker McKenzie, part of the White Collar Crime Practice Group and the Compliance & Investigations Practice Group. He handles cases and investigations before local courts and prosecutors, has experience with the UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, and participates in global compliance investigations and drafting standard procedures for companies. He also serves as Assistant to Counsel of the International Criminal Court.
