Rodrigo Díaz de Valdés is a Local Partner at Baker McKenzie Chile, heading the Dispute Resolution and Antitrust practice groups in Santiago. He represents the Chilean State and major companies in complex disputes involving energy, construction, projects, and investment protection. He is ranked by Chambers & Partners for dispute resolution, antitrust, and public law. He serves as an arbitrator at the Center of Arbitration of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and is a professor of constitutional and civil law at the Catholic University's School of Law.
