Carolina Hagemann is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Baker McKenzie Chile in Santiago. She joined the firm as a junior associate in June 2021. Her practice focuses on litigation and domestic and international arbitration, with emphasis on civil, commercial, regulatory, construction, mining, insolvency and bankruptcy matters. She has been a teaching assistant for Commercial Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2019 and previously taught Constitutional Law. She earned an LL.B. from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2020.
