Hesham Ragab

نبذة

Hesham Ragab is Of Counsel at Helmy, Hamza & Partners, Baker McKenzie Cairo, focusing on banking and finance, trade and commerce, trademarks, dispute resolution, and criminal cases. He is a former member of the Egyptian Judiciary and served as a bench judge in criminal, civil, and commercial courts, most recently in the Cairo Appellate Court. He has participated in drafting and reviewing Egyptian legislation, including the Investment Law and Capital Markets Law.
