Jason Ng is a Partner at Baker McKenzie, co-head of the Global Funds Group and Head of the Financial Services practice for Hong Kong, China and Singapore offices. He has over 25 years of experience advising on structuring and formation of fund products, particularly private investment funds. He advises fund managers on structuring, formation, marketing, regulatory, operational, compliance, and corporate governance matters, and also advises investors and LPs on fund investments and co-investments.
