Humberto Ruiz Correa is a member of Baker McKenzie's Labor & Employment Practice Group in Monterrey, Mexico. He joined the firm in 2009. His practice focuses on labor, social security, and housing agency law, as well as executive compensation, employee benefits, employment terminations, collective bargaining, compliance, and labor/social security audits and litigation. He advises on labor and social security issues arising from corporate restructures and reorganization transactions (mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs). Since 2019, he has served as HR liaison for Mexico of a Fortune 500 company under a special cooperation project. He also worked at the firm's Chicago office advising US-based multinationals starting operations in Mexico.
