Managing partner of Baker McKenzie Amsterdam (as of January 2024), head of the Corporate department, and a civil-law notary. Proficient in domestic and cross-border corporate reorganizations, notarial aspects of M&A, Private Equity, and Capital Markets transactions, as well as Dutch corporate governance. Joined the firm in 1999, became partner in 2008, and was appointed civil-law notary in 2013.
