Nam-Ake Lekfuangfu is a Partner in the Employment and Compensation Practice Group at Baker McKenzie LLP in the Bangkok office, Thailand. He joined the firm in 2008 and is also a lead partner in the Sustainability Group. His practice covers employment law, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, environment and trade regulations, and ESG matters. He advises on day-to-day employment issues, complex employment aspects of M&A and corporate reorganizations, and emerging workforce trends such as global mobility, diversity and inclusion, and flexible work.
