Pushkal Mishra is Counsel in the Litigation and Investigations department at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in the United States. He is a member of the firm's Appellate and Class Action Practice Groups. With nearly a decade of experience, he litigates complex trials and appeals in federal and state courts. He previously was a partner at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP and an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. He clerked for Judge George H. Wu (C.D. Cal.) and Judge Todd M. Hughes (Fed. Cir.). He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and recognized on the Dean's Honor List.
