Matt is a talented and accomplished attorney based in the firm’s Denver and Chicago offices. His nationwide litigation practice covers nearly all types of complex business and commercial matters. Specifically, his practice concentrates on food and agribusiness litigation with a focus on claims of crop loss and breach of contract, and consumer litigation with a focus on the Fair Credit Reporting Act ('FCRA'). He has handled numerous class actions, often obtaining dismissals before class certification, and has tried cases in front of state courts and arbitration panels. Matt also serves as a business advisor on compliance and corporate agreements and is a firm expert on FCRA issues.
