Alban Caillemer du Ferrage

Alban Caillemer du Ferrage is a Partner at Jones Day in France, co-chairing the global Financial Markets Practice. His practice covers a broad range of asset classes, with recognized expertise in derivatives, SFTs, and financial structured products. He has served as official French counsel to ISDA for 30 years and has advised ICMA, SIFMA, the French Banking Federation, and the Association of German Banks. He has also advised multilateral institutions on regulatory reforms in emerging markets. He is a professor at the College of Law of Assas, an expert and arbitrator at PRIME FINANCE (The Hague), and a Governor of The Unidroit Foundation.
