Thomas Bouvet is a Partner at Jones Day in France with approximately 25 years' experience in IP law involving patents, trade secrets, and plant variety rights. He has acted as lead trial counsel in high-profile infringement, nullity, and entitlement matters across various technologies, including life sciences, chemistry, electronics (including standard essential patents), transportation, construction, mechanics, and consumer goods. He has represented clients before the CJEU on SPC and PVR issues and has handled significant trade secret violation matters. He also assists clients with trade secret policies, employee inventions, and technology transfer agreements.
