Leader of Jones Day’s Paris IP team. Handles IP litigation before national and European jurisdictions and institutions for French and international clients. Experience includes patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs, domain names, know-how, trade secrets, software, geographical indications, and unfair competition/passing off matters. Regularly assists with drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements, with a focus on cross-border transfer of technology and/or licensing within the context of national or international transactions for publicly or privately held companies and investment funds. Extensive experience in the protected geographical indication field, particularly with appellations of origin.
