Claire Pauly

Claire Pauly is a partner in the arbitration team at Jones Day, based in France. She represents companies before international arbitral tribunals in both investor-State and commercial arbitrations, and works with clients across industries including energy (oil & gas and renewables), retail (including wine and luxury), real estate, and pharmaceuticals. She also represents clients in annulment, enforcement, and arbitration-related proceedings before French courts. She has expertise in complex contracts and quantum issues. She is recognized as a Next Generation Partner in Dispute Resolution: International Arbitration.
