Fernando Lillo is Of Counsel at Jones Day in Spain. With 25 years of experience, he advises clients on lending and structured finance, recognized as a leading lawyer in Spain for PPP, PFI, project finance, and infrastructure and renewable energy development. His recent work includes renewable energy projects (wind parks, mini hydraulic, biomass, cogeneration, bioethanol, solar, thermal solar, BESS) and infrastructure projects (toll roads, highways, parking lots, wastewater treatment plants, hospitals, prisons, public buildings, sports centers, hotels, nursing homes).
