Alexis Gilroy is a Practice Leader in Health Care & Life Sciences at Jones Day, based in the United States. She advises on complex transactional and health regulatory matters with a focus on digital health, including telemedicine, telehealth, digital therapies, virtual clinical trials, AI-enabled diagnostics, and mobile health. Her clients include global life sciences organizations, technology enterprises, multi-state health systems, private equity investors, and emerging virtual care practices. She also handles health regulatory issues for M&A, IPOs, and private equity transactions. Active in the digital health community, she has served as an officer and board member of the American Telemedicine Association and on the Maryland Governor’s Taskforce for Telehealth.
