David Woods is a partner at Jones Day with more than a decade of experience in corporate and institutional real estate, including hospitality, construction, multifamily, office, and industrial financings. He handles construction loans, hotel financings, syndications, participations, repurchases of commercial mortgage loans, complex capital structures, CMBS financings, loan sales, modifications, workouts, restructurings, deeds-in-lieu, foreclosures, commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and sale-leasebacks. He also represents clients in matters involving cellular towers and real property owned by not-for-profit entities.
