Laurent Bensaid is Managing Partner of the Paris office of King & Spalding LLP and a member of the firm's Corporate Practice Group. He advises domestic and foreign companies, private equity funds and investment banks on a broad range of corporate transactions, with significant experience in public mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He has developed a practice across industries including consumer products, telecommunications, energy, financial services and new technologies.
