Andreas Böhme is a partner in the Real Estate & Funds practice at King & Spalding LLP in Germany. He focuses on finance and restructuring, fund formation and structuring, and represents foreign and domestic funds, institutions, sponsors, investors, developers, and lenders in commercial transactions. His work includes real estate equity and debt financing, project finance (including renewable energy), structured real estate investments, workouts, buyouts, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, particularly for AIFMD and Capital Investment Code regulated funds. He also advises on German covered mortgage bonds (Pfandbriefe). He is a German Rechtsanwalt and English solicitor, and holds a Dr. jur. from Universität Augsburg.
