Marc-Olivier Langlois is a partner in King & Spalding LLP's Paris office. He represents companies in complex international arbitrations arising out of infrastructure and energy projects, international investments, mergers and acquisitions, pharmaceutical licensing and distribution agreements, defense and technology disputes, and compliance issues. He has twenty years’ experience in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, AAA/ICDR, SCC, ICSID, and UNCITRAL Rules. He specializes in disputes from international energy and infrastructure projects, including electrical power generation, oil and gas, nuclear, and renewables.
