Daniel Crosby specializes in international trade, investment and public international law. He is a partner in the firm's International Trade practice and manager of the Geneva office, helping sovereign and business clients achieve practical economic objectives by applying and negotiating international agreements. He represents major U.S. and European multinational corporations in trade and investment negotiations, and advises on treaty-based market access for goods, services and e-commerce, as well as national trade remedy proceedings and WTO disputes.
