Adam Gray focuses on complex disputes and pre-dispute counseling globally. As a partner in King & Spalding LLP's Construction Litigation and International Arbitration practices, he represents clients in the construction, energy, and technology sectors. He has handled construction megaproject disputes in the Middle East, South America, and elsewhere, including proceedings before the ICC, LCIA, and other institutions. In the energy sector, he advises on decommissioning, regulatory, power contract, operating agreement, oil field technology, equipment failure, and electricity pricing matters.
