Craig Phillips is a partner in King & Spalding's tax group, based in the New York office. He advises on U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private fund formation, restructurings, securities offerings, and energy transition work. His practice focuses on complex partnership structures and their impact on investors with diverse tax profiles, and he has worked extensively in energy and infrastructure, including data centers, LNG, power, and renewables. He also advises asset managers on formation and operation of private funds in infrastructure, private equity, and credit.
