Focuses on domestic and foreign legal disputes and arbitration proceedings, acting as arbitrator in ad-hoc and institutional commercial arbitrations. Over 20 years of experience representing clients before federal and state courts and in domestic and international arbitrations under major arbitration rules. Trained in both civil and common law. Handles commercial and corporate disputes in IP, telecom, oil & gas, energy, and engineering/construction. Also handles ancillary arbitration-related litigation, including recognition and enforcement of foreign awards. Serves as tribunal chairman, sole arbitrator, and party-appointed arbitrator on lists of major Brazilian arbitration chambers.
