Dany Khayat is a Partner at Mayer Brown, based in France. He heads the Litigation and International Arbitration practice in Paris and co-leads the Middle-East dispute practice. He is admitted to the Paris Bar and speaks French, English, and Arabic. He has extensive experience in commercial and investment treaty arbitration under various institutional rules (ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, etc.) and in arbitration-related proceedings before French courts.
