Represented international companies on investment and acquisition projects in Chinese industries since 1994, and assisted PRC government agencies on US litigations. Established the firm's China Life Sciences Practice in 2007, advising multinational pharmaceutical, medical device, food, cosmetics, and animal health companies on market entrance, product localization, marketing, product recalls, clinical trials, FCPA/anti-bribery, and other regulatory compliance matters. Also represented multinational clients in China-related joint ventures, M&A, and licensing transactions.
